1. General provisions
1.1. This document is an official public offer by the LegalUnblock legal agency (the "Provider") to conclude an agreement for the provision of legal services (the "Agreement") on the terms set out below.
1.2. Under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this is a public agreement with identical terms for all Clients.
1.3. Acceptance of the offer means any action by the Client aimed at obtaining the services: submitting the form on the website, contacting the Provider by any means, or making a payment. Acceptance constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.
2. Definitions
Provider — the LegalUnblock legal agency operating in the digital field. Client — an individual or legal entity that has accepted this offer. Services — the legal and consulting services listed in section 3.
3. Subject of the agreement
3.1. The Provider offers, among others: restoring access to (unblocking) Instagram and Facebook accounts and pages; removing unlawful content, false reviews and links online; registering trademarks; registering industrial designs; legal support for the protection of intellectual property and digital assets; and related consulting.
3.2. The specific scope, timing and cost of the Services are agreed individually based on the Client request.
4. Conclusion of the agreement
4.1. The Client contacts the Provider via the website form or by any other available means and provides the information needed to assess the matter.
4.2. The Provider makes a preliminary assessment and communicates the terms (scope, timing, cost). The Agreement is concluded upon acceptance (clause 1.3).
5. Provision of services
5.1. Services are provided in stages: (1) enquiry and analysis; (2) legal strategy; (3) preparation and filing of the required documents; (4) achieving the result and reporting.
5.2. Timelines depend on the chosen scope and, for account recovery, on the selected package (for example, approximately 2, 7 or 14 days). Timelines may vary depending on the actions of third parties (platforms, state authorities).
5.3. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, documents and access needed to deliver the Services in good time.
6. Cost and payment
6.1. The cost is determined by the rates published on the website or by individual calculation. Prices shown in a foreign currency are approximate; the final cost and currency of settlement are agreed by the parties.
6.2. Payment is made in the manner and within the timeframe agreed by the parties (full or partial prepayment unless agreed otherwise).
7. Guarantees
7.1. The Provider acts in good faith and applies all due professional effort to achieve the result.
7.2. Guarantee terms for individual services (including refunds where the result is not achieved and repeat requests) are defined by the relevant rate/package and recorded in the arrangements between the parties.
7.3. Because the final decision on unblocking, content removal or registration is made by third parties (platforms, state registrars, etc.), the Provider cannot guarantee their decisions but undertakes to perform the work properly on the agreed terms.
8. Rights and obligations
8.1. The Provider undertakes to deliver the Services with due quality, within the agreed timeframe and in the Client interest, and to maintain confidentiality.
8.2. The Client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information, to cooperate, and to pay for the Services on the agreed terms.
9. Liability
9.1. The parties bear liability in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine.
9.2. The Provider is not liable for consequences caused by inaccurate information provided by the Client or by the actions or omissions of third parties.
10. Confidentiality and personal data
10.1. The parties undertake not to disclose confidential information obtained while performing the Agreement.
10.2. By accepting the offer, the Client consents to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing the Agreement in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
11. Force majeure
11.1. The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations caused by force majeure for the duration of such circumstances.
12. Term, changes and termination
12.1. The Agreement is valid until the parties have fully performed their obligations.
12.2. The Provider may amend this offer by publishing a new version on the website. The current version is always available at this address.
